Gapingvoid Virtual Backgrounds does not offer refunds or re-credits for downloaded files. File returns will only be considered based on technical issues with the file at the sole discretion of Gapingvoid.

You can always contact us for any return question at culture@gapingvoid.com.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your files upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

I love my background It gave a sense of fun and of purpose to a recent session I conducted. I will be looking at more!!

It brightens up the zoom meetings.

Although I have since replaced this backdrop with the Gaping Void RBG one, it was still fun to have and it brightened up the zoom wall. Thank you!
